OBJECTIVES OF THE SPECIALIZED TRAINING IN CLINICAL TRICHOLOGY BASED ON THE TRICHOLOGY INSTITUTE CLINIC

The purpose of training on an internship is to obtain special professional competencies in the field of clinical trichology, in accordance with modern medical knowledge.

6) Connection of trichopathologies with metabolic, endocrine, mental disorders, diseases of internal organs, systemic diseases and autoimmune processes;

7) Connection of trichopathologies with genetic disorders;

8) The influence of environmental factors in the emergence of trichopathology;

9) Psychotrichology (stress-induced hair changes, mental disorders resulting from hair diseases, mental disorders without changes in the skin and hair, with sensory symptoms of their existence (including dysmorphophobia, autodestruction and pseudo-alopecia);

10) Etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and treatment methods for hair loss of scarring and non-scarring types;

11) Etiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnostics and methods of treatment of scalp diseases;

12) Etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of genetic and acquired anomalies of the hair shaft;

13) Etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and methods of treatment of heterochromia;

17) Microscopic diagnosis of hair diseases and hair shaft abnormalities and its interpretation;

18) Dermatopathology of hair and scalp diseases - assessment of histopathological and immunopathological preparations, biopsy technique and preparation of the preparation;

19) Trichopharmacology (systemic and external therapy of hair and scalp diseases, the effect of drugs on hair physiology);

20) Trichological physiotherapy - the use of ultrasound, cryotherapy, photodynamic therapy, laser therapy, electrocoagulation;

21) Rehabilitation, cosmetic and aesthetic trichology (mesotherapy, microneedle therapy, intralesional injections of corticosteroids, the use of autologous plasma, therapeutic and prophylactic scalp and hair care).

RANGE OF PRACTICAL SKILLS

1) Conducting and interpreting the results of special trichological tests and methods for diagnosing hair and scalp diseases;

2) Conducting and interpreting the hair tension test;

3) Carrying out and interpretation of the results of trichoscopy;

4) Conducting and interpreting the results of the phototrichogram;

5) Conducting and interpreting the results of light and polarizing microscopy;

6) Sampling and interpretation of spectral analysis of hair;

7) Interpretation of the results of general clinical studies: laboratory, instrumental methods, including nutritional status;

8) Determination of indications and contraindications for phototherapy, the use of an irradiation apparatus, as well as the conduct and interpretation of light tests;

9) Sampling of material for histopathological studies of diseases of the hair and scalp;

10) Carrying out physiotherapeutic procedures (using ultrasound, pressotherapy, cryotherapy, photodynamic therapy, laser therapy, non-injection mesotherapy);

11) Performing invasive procedures (mesotherapy, microneedle therapy, intralesional injections of corticosteroids, autoplasma therapy);

12) Carrying out rehabilitation measures (therapeutic and prophylactic care of the scalp and hair, including head massage techniques).
