Trichoscopy (training)
Dear colleagues!
Due to the relevance and high demand for knowledge and skills in this area, a three-day internship in trichoscopy was created on the basis of the leading Ukrainian clinical, educational and research center “Trichology Institute”. The practical course is the only fundamental trichoscopy program in the Russian-speaking space.
AUTHOR OF THE COURSE
The author and lecturer of the course is Yulia Sergeevna Ovcharenko, professor at the Kharkiv National University V.N. Karazina (KhNU), Head of the Clinical, Research and Educational Center " Trichology Institute", President of the Ukrainian Hair Research Society (UHRS), Vice-President of the Eastern Europe and Asia Hair Research Society (EEAHRS), Advisor to the European Hair Research Society (EHRS) member committee , co-founder of the " Alopecia school " in Ukraine, author and co-author of more than 100 publications, 6 monographs on trichology, including the Russian-language version of the Atlas on trichoscopy.

The course consists of 15 theoretical modules, a large selection of author's clinical cases, live-trichoscopy, quiz - an interactive block that will consolidate the studied material. This course is designed for trichologists, dermatovenerologists, dermatocosmetologists, general / family doctors, interns and medical students interested in the trichoscopy method.
CLINICAL BASE
The Trichology Institute is a leading Ukrainian clinical, research and educational center specializing in hair and scalp diseases. Founded in 2009, the Trichology Institute is a university clinic of two leading higher Ukrainian universities - Karazin Kharkiv National University and Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, on the basis of which training for students, interns and doctors is conducted. In 2016, the Collegium of the Trichology Institute initiated the creation of the Ukrainian Hair Research Society (UHRS), in 2017 - Alopecia school in Ukraine, and in collaboration with Eastern European colleagues in 2019 became the co-founder of the Eastern Europe and Asia Hair Research Society (EEAHRS) and, in fact, is the ambassador of the Eastern European School of Trichology. More than 3000 primary patients receive specialized medical care at the Trichology Institute annually. The specialists of the Trichology Institute are recognized experts in the field of dermatotrichology, who have hundreds of publications, 10 monographs, more than 20 patents of Ukraine for inventions, organization and performances at international congresses dedicated to hair research both in Ukraine and abroad trichologycongress.com.ua. Under the auspices of the Trichology Institute, the Internet project "Trichology Consilium" facebook.com/ was created, which brought together more than 1300 clinical trichologists from 35 countries of the world for interactive communication.
Training at the Trichology Institute provides an opportunity to participate in the treatment process of the clinic in an atmosphere of collegial communication. Methodological material is presented in the author's manographs and literature. Specially equipped classrooms and clinical rooms of the European level allow you to successfully acquire knowledge and practical skills in trichology. Classes are held from 10.00 to 18.00, 2 coffee breaks and a lunch for the students of the clinic are provided daily. After completing the course, a personal certificate is issued and, upon request, a state certificate of TU KhMAPO. Trainings and professional development can be an on-site educational cycle.
